Getting Calls From Google Saying Your Business Is Not Verified?

I have been getting a couple robocalls a week lately over the last few weeks again, saying my business is not verified. They say they are from Google and your business needs to be verified! If you want to show up on Google searches they will set it up for you for only a one time fee of $600 dollars. In this modern day of technology and quest for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) improvements this is important but it is FREE! It is important that your business is verified which makes it faster and much more convenient for customers to find you.

The business listing needs to be verified and claimed by you by doing the following:

Sign in to Google My Business.

If your business is eligible to get a verification code by phone, you'll see the Verify by phone option when you request verification. If you don't see it, verify your listing by mail instead.
